1-10mm 90% SIC For Steel Making And Foundry
Silicon carbon is a new kind of reinforced steel-making deoxidizing agent and ideal thermal insulating agent.
It is used for deoxidizing. The usage dose is 1-4kg/t can make electricity consumption to reduce 15-20kw/h andtime to reduce 15-20min per furnace to raise productivity rate to 8-10%.
Applications
1. Silicon carbon can be used as metallurgical deoxidizer and high temperature resistant materials in smelting.
2. It can also be used as abrasive materials,which can be used to make abrasive tools,such as sand paper, abrasive cloth, grinding wheels, oilstones and so on.
3. For refractory material in ceramic production.

Our silicon carbide products are produced in gansu, where we mainly provide the 90% sic and 98% sic and other grades of silicon carbide with different sizes, annual capacity of this material is 50, 000tons. In addition, to match our export business, we build two screening factory with capacity of 50000 tons per year in tianjin which is very to near to xingang port. At the same time, we are also equipped with carbon electrode paste production workshop, providing customized cep production anytime.
